Jack had a WONDERFUL 5th birthday (and i am still in denial that my baby boy is FIVE!)
He was showered with love, phone calls, sweets, gifts, surprises, and more from family and friends – THANK YOU!
His soccer/sports party went off without a hitch. We rented a party room and the turf at our local sports center and it was perfect for 18 3-5 year olds to run off energy, laugh, play and have a great time! “Coach Daddy” and “Coach Peke” led stretching, drills, a scrimmage, and then some baseball practice for an hour. Most of the kids played and ran around the entire time, but there was a little Girls Club that wanted to talk, hold Sophia, jumprope, so I had fun with them while the boys played. :-)
My birthday was also last week, and I feel very loved with a great day of NO WHINING from Emma, homemade cards, new shoes and jewelry from Scott and kiddos, and a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from my Dad! To top off a great evening, Scott and the kids made a delicious steak/mashed potatoes dinner and cleaned up – it was perfect.
