The 3 hours of fun pushing on a bitterly cold Chicago morning was worth the surprise of our beautiful son...so happy.

Jack is our little buddy. He generally is a VERY easy kid (but has his moments, believe me), who is very quick to learn, lives to help, and is always asking questions and on the Go! A very hard worker and loves being outside - we cannot wait to give him a house and yard of his own to dig in this summer!
We are celebrating this weekend with an overnight stay and weekend play at Keylime Cove, an indoor watermark resort here in Chicagoland. I think he will be pumped for the surprise and it should tire them out! The other big event is that he starts Indoor Baseball on Saturday - he could not be more geeked about it. Jack also gets to bring bday treats into school for the first time tomorrow, which he is very excited about - we made baseball cake pops today.
Happy Birthday, Buddy. You are the light of my life...love you bigger than the world...
***my blogger settings wouldn't work to post this on Jacks bday! But we had a wonderful day - breakfast birthday sprinkle pancakes, baseball cake pops to school, no nap, requested dinner of pork chops, polenta and broccoli, gifts, and finally Polar Express on a weeknight with Daddy!
